General terms and Conditions of Service
- Residents rates are on Bed and Breakfast basis.
- Meals cost US$25 for either lunch or Dinner and Breakfast costs US$20 dollars.]
- The rates above do not include gorilla permits and all other park fees .
- All the above rates are inclusive of VAT & are on Per Person sharing per night basis.
Child Policy
- A child below 3 years sharing with parents is accommodated free of charge, a baby cot is available on request at least one week before arrival.
- Adults have to share rooms with children should they be below 12 years of age.
- Children between the ages of 4 to 12 years sharing with an adult shall be charged 50% of the full adult rate. please note; the child must share with at least one full paying adult.
- Children above 12 years and above staying in own room shall be charged the adult rate.
Group Booking policy
- For every one single booking made for 11 people at the lodge, the 11th person shall be given free accommodation on full board basis
- For a booking of 11 to 15 people, one person shall be given free accommodation and one other person will be given 50% discount of the rack rate.
Refunds Policy
- No shows will be charged 100% for the first night booked
- In the event that the clients are unable to arrive on day booked, a written notification must be sent and received by the lodge at least 24hours before the scheduled arrival. failure to send written notification will tantamount to application of no show charge.
